The Bible:

The Bible is God’s Word to us. Human authors, under the supernatural guidance and inspiration of the Holy Spirit, wrote it. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because God inspires it, it is the truth without error.

God:

We believe there is one God who is the creator and ruler of the universe. He eternally exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, & the Holy Spirit.

Jesus:

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. He  is 100% God and 100% man. His physical life was conceived through the power of the Holy Spirit. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for mankind and thus, atoned for our sins through the shedding of His blood. He rose from the dead on the third day according to the scriptures, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return again in power and glory to reign forever as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

The Holy Spirit:

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son. He is present in the world to make people aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He desires to have fellowship with all believers.

The Baptism of the Holy Spirit:

We believe that there is a secondary filling for the believer after Salvation. This filling isn’t the same as salvation. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 1:8 is for the purpose of empowering us to be a witness to the world.

Sin:

We believe that sin is breaking God’s law (His commands) according to 1 John 3:4. Because of our sin, we are ALL in need of a Savior. (Jesus Christ)

Church:

We believe there is One Church (bride) that Jesus Christ (bridegroom) is coming back for. The Church is made up of born-again Christians all over the world. The Church is the people and the people are the Church.

Baptism:

We believe that water baptism is the next step of obedience after making a decision to follow Christ. Romans 6:4 says, “We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.”

Sanctity of Marriage:

Marriage is a holy covenant instituted and ordained by God between a husband/male and wife/female union. This relationship reflects the mystery of Christ and the Church, His Bride. The biblical guidelines are set forth in scriptures (Genesis 2:18-22; Ephesians 5:1; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11).

Salvation:

Salvation is a gift from God to mankind, received by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can we be saved from sin's penalty. Eternal life begins the moment we receive Jesus Christ into our life by faith.
